GENERAL INFORMATION [ Important Notice to Degree Students: Download Letter of Undertaking of good deeds ]
2024/2025 ADMISSION LIST FOR (EKSU/NCE) IS OUT(All Fresh Students should act immediately of Item number 4 on this list)
- Login with your Username and Password
- Your Username is your FULL Application/Matric Number/UTME Registration Number
- Your Password is your Surname
- Note: You will be required to change this password after first login. Your password is case-sensitive
- How to check your Semester Results(NCE/EKSU)
- Goto Dashboard [all available semester results are displayed]
- Click on View button to display
- You will be required to pay a token
- Your semester result will be downloaded automatically on a click after successful payment on the same page
- How to make TUITION fee payment? After you have logged in to your account
- Goto Payment
- Click on TUITION FEE Tab
- The breakdown of the TUITION fee will be displayed automatically, then
- Click on generate and pay online
- After successful payment, you must print the receipt(s) as evidence of payment and then proceed to the bursary department for endorsement by the appropriate account officer and further instruictions
- For newly admitted students (EKSU DEGREE), you are to make Miscellaneous fee Payments which comprises of:
- Acceptance Fee and
- Processing Fee
- Note that this payments are compulsory and MUST BE PAID IMMEDIATELY
- For newly admitted students (NCE FULL TIME), you are to make Miscellaneous fee Payments which comprises of:
- Acceptance Fee
- Processing Fee
- Note that this payments are compulsory and MUST BE PAID IMMEDIATELY
- How to make these payments? After you have logged in to your account
- Goto Payment
- Click on Miscellaneous Tab
- Select or tick the fee Item(s) as the case may be, then
- Click on generate and pay online
- After successful payment, you must print the receipt(s) as evidence of payment and then proceed to the bursary department for endorsement by the appropriate account officer and further instruictions
- Note that you are not to pay TUITION FEE NOW. You will be instructed @ the due date
RESULT CHECKING PROCEDURE
Please follow these instructions strictly to check your results
- Login with your Username and Password
- Your Username is your full Matric Number e.g 14/AS/9876
- Your Password is your Surname
- Note: You will be required to change this password after first login. Your password is case-sensitive
- How do i check my results after i have logged in to my account
- Goto Semester Results
- Select semester and session your desire to check
- Choose the destination i.e where the result should be sent to
- Click on Submit Now to perform the select action for the selected settings
