OSSCE ILA SPONSORS BURSARY STAFF ON MANDATORY CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (MCPC) OF ANAN AND TWO REGISTRY STAFF ON TEAM BUILDING AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION FOR PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT OF (ASCON)
n realisation of its dream to ensure training and retraining of its staff, Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun has sponsored three senior staff of the institution in Bursary Department on Mandatory Continuing Professional Development of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria in Asaba, Delta State. This was revealed by the Bursar of the College, Mr. Olarewaju Oyedeji.
Also, two other senior staff of the institution from the Registry department were also sent to attend workshop on Team Building and Effective Communication for Performance Improvement at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria ASCON, Topo-Badagry, Lagos State.
The intention of the training is to ensure that the staff of the College are adequately equipped to give their best for the development of the institution. The College authority therefore ensure that all staff of the institution would be exposed to regular training and retraining at all times to compete with their counterparts in other institutions of higher learning in the country.
